Diabetes Support Group
Dealing with a diagnosis of diabetes can be extremely life altering. You don't have to go through the emotions alone. The Diabetes Center at Altru Health System is offering a free monthly diabetes support group for individuals with diabetes. This group will be led by diabetes professionals. Learn ways to manage your diabetes such as diet, medications, new devices, and how to stay motivated.
