Our workflow varies between projects; however, most projects follow this sequence:
Submit a Project Request
Once you submit your Project Request Form, we will contact you to discuss next steps. Typically, we will set up a meeting; however, for smaller requests we may be able to complete the project with email communication.
Initial Project Meeting
We like to have a kick-off meeting with you to discuss your vision for the project and provide insight into the best way to achieve your goals. A timeline will be set for your project at this meeting.
Develop Marketing Plan
We will take what we discussed in our initial kick-off meeting to create a marketing plan. Once created, we will send to you for approval.
We will begin work on your project in accordance to the timeline and complete drafts of all materials.
A second meeting will be set to review drafts of all materials. At this meeting, you’re able to review progress and request content and design changes.
Once we’ve made necessary updates and completed materials, we’ll send to you for final approval. Please carefully review the body copy, spelling of names and contact information. Note that making substantial edits at this stage could alter the layout and delay the project. After we receive your approval, we will distribute materials as decided in the marketing plan.
