One-Stop Student Services is a single, convenient place to get answers and resolve issues related to billing, financial aid, registration, parking and more.

When can I contact One-Stop with questions or concerns?
Our friendly staff members are available Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Tuesday 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. If you leave a message outside our hours of operation, we'll address it promptly the following business day. The U-Card office is open 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
