Students from the International Organization select the menu for a five-course meal.  Here's the menu for 2017:

Appetizer: Vietnamese Lettuce Wraps with Sweet & Sour Sauce

Soup :  Egyptian Red Lentil Soup

Salad: Mediterranean Greek Salad

Entree:  Turkish Spice Kabob (chicken) with Pomegranate Relish

Vegetarian Entree: Ethiopian Cabbage Dish

Dessert:  Balkan Cookies, Baklava, French Macaroons
