Program Revew Team begins work on Self-Study Report - 09/17/12
Dean appoints members of the College Review Team and submits name to VPAA -  01/18/13
VPAA appoints external faculty member to College Review Team - 02/01/13
If external evaluator used , external evaluator names are submitted to dean for selection - 02/08/13
Self-Study Report submitted to Dean and College Review Team - 02/08/13
College Review Team submits recommendations to dean and department - 03/29/13
Faculty Rejoinder (if any) submitted to dean - 04/12/13
Dean prepares Dean's Summary Report - 05/10/13
