Swim North Dakota is open to the GENERAL PUBLIC. Children 4 years old and up from beginner to advanced swimming skills can be part of the program. Swim North Dakota uses a station method of teaching with a small student to instructor ratio. Student/teacher ratio will vary from 2:1 to 10:1 depending on the level of instruction and popularity of the class time. They will advance through the different swimming levels, as the child's swimming skills improve.

Soccer CO-ED Day Camp - June 3 - 6, 2013
The Co-Ed Day Camp is for Boys and girls aged 6 to 12. The camp will run from 8:30 a.m. until 4 p.m. The camp will focus on fundamental learning and tactical decision making. Players will be in an environment where they will actively have to problem solve, develop new skills while gaining confidence and having fun!
The UND coaches will be running the sessions during the camp. The structure of each day will consist of two training sessions and games. The sessions will incorporate a number of technical,
tactical and functional training as well as the opportunity to play in small-sided games (4v4, 5v5). Sessions will take place at UND facilities.
* $140 for full day (8:30-4 p.m.)
* $100 for half day (8:30-12 p.m.)
* All campers get a ball and a t-shirt..

This overnight basketball camp is designed to provide position-specific instruction, including post player development sessions and perimeter player development sessions. Combined position instruction, including post entry and relocation, screen and roll techniques, high-low offense and defensive strategies for post and perimeter players. More than 80 of the best players from North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin and Canada attended the camp last summer. (Grades 8 - 12)

Our skills camps will cover all the fundamentals necessary to be a competitive volleyball player including setting, attacking, defense, serving, passing and blocking. Campers will be assigned to groups based on experience and age. Those groups will range from the highly competitive college bound player to beginners. Camp staff will include the UND volleyball coaching staff, highly successful club coaches from around the country and the current UND volleyball players!

Get your team ready for the upcoming season with this competitive team camp. Our team camp provides a combination of team drills and competition. Each participating team will be assigned a Court Coach and there will be team development sessions provided as well as a very competitive camp tournament. There will also be Q&A sessions for high school coaches with Coach Hardee. Each team will have the opportunity to play in the state-of-the-art Betty Engelstad Soux Center.

The High School Individual Camp is designed for high school girls through grades 9-12. The camp is an elite overnight camp designed to provide a challenging and competitive developmental learning environment for players looking to refine current skills, develop new skills and enhance their decision making while gaining confidence and having fun!
The UND coaches will be running the sessions during the camp. The structure of each day will consist of two training sessions per day and a game at night.The training sessions will incorporate
a number of skills - technical, tactical, 1v1, 2v2, functional and physical training sessions (power, acceleration, coordination, and explosiveness. Sessions will take place at UND facilities. Campers will stay in university dorms and experience the UND's dining services. The camp will also allow your players to meet our current players.
* The camp is $300 per person.
* Camp is $250 for commuters.
* All campers get a ball and a t-shirt.
Soccer High School Girls' Team Camp - July 28 - 31, 2013
The UND High School Team Camp is designed for high school teams that are interested in developing certain aspects of their game before the start of the 2013 high school season. The UND coaches will be running the sessions during the camp. We are open to all topics that might be requested ahead of time by the high school coaches. The structure will consist of two training sessions per day and a game at night against other high school teams. The training sessions will be team specific curriculum based on coach's input - technical, tactical, functional and physical training sessions (power, acceleration, coordination, explosiveness). Sessions will take place at UND facilities. Campers will stay in university dorms and experience the UND's dining services. The camp will also allow your players to meet our current players.
* Minimum number of players for team camp is 15.
* The camp is $300 per person.
* All campers get a ball and a t-shirt.
