Policy on Student Travel Funds Administrated by Research Development & Compliance
Student Travel Fund Form
Research Development & Compliance (RD&C) has limited funds available to partially support the travel of graduate students who are presenting original research/creative activities at conferences and meetings in areas normally supported by the National Science Foundation (NSF).
In order to qualify for this support, students must be from a qualifying department, and be presenting their work in the form of an oral platform presentation or a poster presentation at a recognized meeting in their field of creative activity.
Note: Each advisor is limited to $500 awards per academic year.
Application Process
- Download the form and fill it out completely.
- Obtain the necessary signatures.
- Attach a copy of their notice of acceptance.
- Submit the application to Research Development & Compliance at least two weeks prior to the date of travel.
