Proposal Transmittal Form
All proposals submitted for external funding must include a Proposal Transmittal Form with signatures indicating approval by the department chair, dean, or the executive head of the unit applying and any relevant compliance committees.
If more than one department is involved with the proposal, a proposal transmittal form is necessary for each department.
The original and one copy of the proposal and transmittal form, in final form, must be submitted no fewer than five working days prior to the proposal deadline.
Matching Funds
All proposals requesting matching funds from the Division of Research must include a Matching Funds Request Form.
Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)
Proposals involving individuals from multiple departments/colleges must include an MOU describing how indirect costs will be divided.
