Michael became a full time member of the office as a Marketing and Legal Assistant this August. She is responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal agreements for IPCED as well as managing its internal database. Michael also assists in the filing and management of patent prosecution with outside firms and serves as the department administrator for UND matters.

Michael received her undergraduate degree from the College of William & Mary in classical studies in 2008 and graduated from the UND School of Law in 2011. She served as legal intern in IPCED from June 2010 to August 2011.
