The Research Expert Database, "Find the Expert," is a project of the Office of the Vice President for Research & Economic Development. It is a research initiative that applies to all forms of research, creative, and scholarly activity and is designed to showcase faculty/research faculty and research staff expertise. Users are able to list their areas of expertise, educational background, and credentials/licenses in a manner that is searchable by faculty and the public. The application serves as a tool for faculty to find potential collaborators on campus, and it is also a way to promote the research possibilities of the University of North Dakota (UND) campus by advertising the skills of various faculty and research staff.
