UND Executive Chef, Greg Gefroh, invites you to an evening of food and fun—the Chef’s Table.
On-campus residents are invited to a gourmet theme meal prepared by, UND Executive Chef, Greg Gefroh. An intimate group of forty students watch the best of display cooking, explore flavor profiles and taste original recipes. Sample theme meals include Asian and Spanish cuisine, as well as a new spin on meals like Super Bowl favorites. Along with a great meal, students learn more about the Guiding Stars nutrition rating system.
Invitations are sent to students via email three weeks before the event and students reserve their seat online. Dinners are held throughout the year beginning in September.
