Special Diets/Food Allergies
Dining Services makes every effort to
accommodate the various dietary requirements of our students and guests.
We are committed to food safety measures and educate our employees on
the subject of food allergies and intolerances. Students with special
dietary needs or food allergies need to make those needs known to
Dining Services staff. Self-reporting insures that all parties have
access to the information necessary to keep you healthy and safe.
Gluten Free
If you have Celiac Disease or any kind of
wheat/gluten intolerance, UND Dining Services will do its best to
accommodate your individual needs. Open communication and
self-reporting will allow dining staff to better serve you. Residents
can order gluten free menu items and they will be ready at the dining
center of their choice.
