When possible, Dining Services will continue to develop relationships with local and regional food growers and manufacturers to increase the use of local and regionally produced food products.

Dining Services at the University of North now serves all natural, hormone free chicken from Gold’n Plump. Gold’n Plump chickens are raised on regional family farms without the use of hormones. The finished product contains no artificial ingredients or injected solutions.
