We know that it is important for you to have confidence in the safety of your meals. Food allergies or other dietary restrictions can make eating away from home a challenge. The University of North Dakota Dining is committed to providing you with safe, nutritious meals that you can enjoy. We work with students one-on-one to discuss their needs and develop an approach that works best in each situation.
Our Food Allergy & Special Diet (FASD) program meets the dining needs of students who have medically documented reasons for a special diet.
UND Dining is proud to be a leader in service to students with food allergies and we continually invest time and resources to stay on the forefront.
If you have Celiac Disease or any kind of wheat/gluten intolerance, UND Dining Services will do its best to accommodate your individual needs. Open communication and self-reporting will allow dining staff to better serve you. Residents can order gluten free menu items and they will be ready at the dining center of their choice.
Order your daily menu ahead of time and we'll have it ready at the dining center of your choice.
If you practice a vegan lifestyle, UND Dining Services will offer a standard menu of vegan options available daily. There are many vegan options available on the salad bars but now residents can order vegan entrees using the online ordering form and the recipes will be ready at the dining center of their choice.
Self-report your needs to Dining Services:
