Student Iron Chef Competition 2014

Register by Monday, Dec. 9, 2013
Semi-Final Competition Nights:
Monday, March 3 & Tuesday, March 4
Final Competition: Thursday, March 11
Menu Protein: Salmon from Alaskan Seafood
- 3 persons per team. Open to all UND Students.
- Teams need to be registered by Monday, Dec. 9.
- Teams will meet Dec. 13 to discuss recipe/plan & rules.
- Recipes need to be submitted to chef mentor by January 31.
- Teams will gather at Wilkerson kitchen (start times & finish times will be staggered) to begin preparation on assigned dates.Teams are responsible for clean up at Wilkerson (before & after).
- Safety waiver needs to be signed before competition begins
- Menu must be cooked at Wilkerson dining center with UND Dining Services equipment.
- Judging will be done by UND Staff Members & Guests.
- Winning team will get prizes TBD.
- All teams participating will receive prizes.
