WHAT WE DO:
When possible, Dining Services will continue to develop relationships with local and regional food growers and manufacturers to increase the use of local and regionally produced food products.

carry out containers
reusable cups
We pulp over 85 tons of post consumer waste.
We offer organic coffee.
We recycle waste kitchen grease.
Through the efforts of Midwest Grease, Redwood Falls, MN, all waste kitchen grease is recycled into either bio-fuels or animal feed
