Williams Family Scholarship 
Alicia Kellebrew - the first recipient of the Williams Family Scholarship
The Williams Family Scholarship is designed to honor a current Resident Manager in recognition of the positive experience Zach Williams had as a member of the apartment community staff. Starting as a Resident Manager in February 2009, Zach continued in that role until December 2009. At that time he accepted the position of Residence Apartment Director where he utilized his expertise in guiding the Resident Managers he supervised. Zach always speaks very positively about his experience as an apartment team member and how it aided him getting a job when he completed his degree. After graduating in May 2011, Zach with his parents Jeffrey and Claudine, wanted to give back resulting in the annual gift of $500 for the Williams Family Scholarship.

The International Honorary for Leaders in University Apartment Communities (IHLUAC) is a organization that recognizes the valuable accomplishments of residents living in university apartment communities. IHLUAC acknowledges residents who have made outstanding contributions to the apartment community through service, leadership, community development, and a positive attitude toward other residents. The selection of IHLUAC members takes place spring semester and awards are made at the Apartment Leaders Reception.
Good Neighbor for September 2011:
Sanjib Tiwari was selected as the "Good Neighbor" for the month of September. They are nominated for portraying the qualities of a "Good Neighbor" and having a positive impact on the overall UND Apartment Community. Congratulations, Sanjib Tiwari!
