Stage 1 - Online Contract Submission and Payment of First Installment

Ends: Friday, February 22 at 8:00 am

Stage 1 is the most important.  If you want to select a room of any type for next year, you MUST complete Stage 1 during the time above.  Stage 1 allows you to submit an electronically signed 2013-14 housing contract (either for the residence halls or University Place) AND pay the first installment.  You MUST complete this stage before you can select a room for next year.

All you need to do is log-on to Campus Connection and select Self-Service/On-Campus Housing/Apply for Housing.  Please select the University of North Dakota from the drop down list. Then follow the instructions to submit the contract (either for the residence halls or University Place).  You will then be asked to make your first installment payment of $250. You may charge to Visa, Mastercard, or Discover or use an E-check.  There is NO service fee charged for using a credit card or E-check to pay this first installment.

Step-by-step instructions:

1. Go to www.und.edu
2. Click on A-Z
3. Click on C
4. Click on Campus Connection
5. Log in with your User ID and password.Click on: Self-Service > On-Campus Housing > Select UND > click "submit" – If a security message appears on the screen –click no – click on Apply OnlineFrom the drop down menu, select UND Recontracting Residence Hall Stage 1 or UND Recontracting University Place Stage 1.
6. Click the link to view the contract, then click on  "I agree"  and "next"
7. The Application Payment Required Screen appears – click on "Continue with Application"Complete the personal information and click on "Continue to Payment Page". You will be taken to TouchNet to pay the $250 first installment (E-check, MasterCard, Visa or Discover credit cards are accepted).  If you have problems with payment section, may sure you are not trying to use a debit or credit card that has a limit lower than the $250.
8. Click on "continue" and the thank you Page will appear. This is your receipt; you may want to print this page.

Completing Stage 1 during the time above does not complete the room selection process. Stage 1 is a pre-requisite for the other stages.
