Stage 4 - Select New Room in University Place

Stage 4 is ONLY for returning University Place residents who wish to move to a NEW space within University Place.
To select a new room during Stage 4, log-on to Campus Connection and select Self-Service/On-Campus Housing/MyHousing. Use the left navigation bar to choose "Room Selection" and "Select a Room."
Residence hall students wanting to move to University Place may select an open space in a unit at their assigned lottery time during Stage 6.
U Place Residents Returning to University Place NEW unit:
Current University Place residents will have a chance to select a new unit within University Place and bring in other roommates from University Place, the residence halls, or an eligible transfer student to the new unit before non-University Place residents are allowed to select units.
Returning U Place residents who complete Stage 1 will be placed in a lottery and will receive a lottery number for unit selection that will take place during Stage 4, March 4-6. You will receive an email on Thursday, February 28 with your lottery number/time.
Here is what you need to:
- Complete Stage 1 (Feb. 15-21) which is to E-sign the University Place 2013-14 contract and pay the $250 first installment.
- Make sure ALL roommates wanting to live with you also complete Stage 1 (Feb. 15-21).
- All students wanting to live in this new unit together must go into Campus Connection and select Self-Service/On-Campus Housing/MyHousing and select each other as roommates during Stage 2 (Feb. 25-26).
- The lottery to select open units takes place during Stage 4 (March 4-6). If there are more than one University Place residents trying to live in a new unit together, the student with the best lottery number should select the unit and "pull-in" the selected roommates.
