Recontracting Timeline
Recontracting for 2013-14 begins February 15, 2013.
Stage 1: E-sign and Pay First Installment

| Ends | February 22 at 8:00 am |
E-Sign (electronically sign) your Residence Hall or University Place contract and pay the $250 first installment online in Campus Connection/ApplyOnline. This process closes at 8:00 am on Feb. 22. You will not be able to select a room if you do not E-sign and pay the first installment.
Stage 2: Roommate Requests

If you want to live with a particular roommate, during this time you need to request your roommate through Campus Connection.
Stage 3: Same Room Selection
| Starts | February 27 at 9:00 am |
| Ends | March 1 at 8:00 am |
Residents returning to their same room in the residence halls (double room only) or U Place can select their room at any time. This is open 24/7 for room selection.
Stage 4 - Current U Place Residents New Room Selection
| Starts | March 4 at 9:00 am |
| Ends | March 6 at 8:00 am |
Current U Place residents get first pick of open spaces in U Place. Current U Place residents will receive a lottery number for this room selection approximately Feb. 28.
Stage 5 - Students Asked to Move Room Selection

| Ends | March 8 at 8:00 am |
Student who are asked by the Housing Office to move have this time to select a new room.

| March 8-18 | Late E-Sign starts for those who didn't sign up in February. These students' lottery times will begin after all those students who signed-up in February. |
| March 9-17 | Spring Break |
Stage 6 - New Room Selection Residence Halls and U Place
| Starts | March 20 at 9:00 am |
| Ends | March 28 at 8:00 am |
Students can find their lottery time in Campus Connection. Each student has 2 minutes before the next person is allowed into the lottery. No student will be assigned a lottery time before 9:00 am OR after 10:00 pm, however, room selection remains open 24/7 for students who have already received a lottery number and haven't selected a room.
March 28 at 8:00 am - Online room selection lottery closes.
If students would like to recontract after this date, they should come to the Housing Office.
