Located in Brannon Hall, the Wellness community will focus on living a balanced lifestyle within the college environment. As members of the Wellness "wing" you will have the opportunity to develop healthy practices, and incorporate the seven aspects of wellness: emotional, intellectual, physical, occupational/vocational, environmental, social and spiritual.
You will sign a community contract that outlines what you will be accountable for while living in the WLLC.
Active partnership between campus organizations including the Wellness Center, Campus Ministries, and other campus partners.
Group activities promoting wellness
Monthly meals serving healthy options
Opportunity to give back to the community
Students will have guaranteed enrollment in the requested class - Introduction to Wellness (PEX 455)
