When playing games on Xbox Live, you may receive a message regarding the NAT type. Due to the scale and infrastructure of the network, not only must we use NAT to provide network connectivity to everyone, but certain technologies that could otherwise be used to alleviate the issues NAT causes are currently unavailable. If your device is not working on the network, please call ResNet at 777-3424 for assistance.
