Purchase a Permit
Employees
- Enable cookies on your web browser (instructions)
- Log in to Employee Self-Service
- For assistance logging into HRMS, contact the NDUS Help Desk at 866.457.6387
- Choose ND HE Self Service > Miscellaneous > Parking Permits
- Select UND as your campus
- Select Purchase Permits
- Be sure to use the Next, Back and Home buttons provided, do not sue the Back or Refresh buttons on your web browser.
- Choose which type of permit you would like to purchase
- Select the vehicles for your permit
- At this point, you will see all vehicles currently registered to you.
- You may add a new vehicle but cannot delete existing vehicles. This can be done by UND Parking Services.
- Add your Campus Stop #
Payment Information
- Choose payment method - Credit Card (Discover, MasterCard, or Visa), Check (E-Check) or UND Payroll deduction
- Enter credit card number, bank routing and account number, or select number of Payroll deductions
- Payment Receipt - PRINT RECEIPT from your web browser
- This receipt can serve as a temporary 10-day permit until you receive your permit.
