Specifications of the digital photo include:

File name should be current Student ID/EMPL ID or person’s name
8-bit color
Range of width between 270 - 420 pixels
7 width by 8 height ratio
Photo must be taken against a WHITE background
Photo must be in portrait format to include very top of shoulders and up
Photo must NOT include hats or sunglasses
Specifications of the Government ID include:
Submit a colored scanned copy of the cardholder's government issued photo ID for verification purposes. Acceptable forms of id include: Driver’s license, state ID, Passport, Tribal ID, and Military ID. Please note: The U Card office has the right to ask for additional forms of photo identification.

Note: Please do not send payment until the charge has been posted to your Campus Connection account. U Cards and badges are only mailed to addresses in the US and Canada. U Card or badges will not be mailed within the Grand Forks city limits. This includes Grand Forks and East Grand Forks.
