Who Can Reserve Space?
Student organizations and University departments are permitted to use space on campus in most facilities free of charge. There may be a nominal fee for use of some equipment and in some instances a labor fee and/or after hours charges may be assessed. Academic-related events should consult with the respective college, school or department.

Meeting, conference, and event rooms
Room reservations and academic buildings
Assistance with program planning
Swanson Hall conference rooms
Equipment and technology in the Union
Main lounge table space in the Union
Display cases in the Union
Equipment and Technology
Scheduling & Event Services offers equipment for use in the Memorial Union. This equipment ranges from podiums to microphones, extension cords and portable LCD projectors.
Any additional equipment used in the building must be pre-approved to ensure compatibility with the existing equipment that is built into the facility.
Memorial Union Meeting Rooms
The Union has several meeting rooms with capacities between 12–700. A list of rooms, capacities and availability can be found in the Event Portal.
