The Desktop Support area provides a wide range of hardware/software support for faculty, staff, and students. Staff are available to provide assistance over the phone and on-site. Some of the services provided by this area include:
- Recommendations for new computer purchases
- New computer setup and software installation
- Diagnosis and repair of issues with hardware and peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.)
- BPOS (Outlook) email setup and support
- Apple Authorized Service Provider
- Limited PC warranty repair
- Virus protection and removal
- Support for mobile device
