Service Desk (Memorial Union)

The UND Tech Support Service Desk provides a wide range of hardware/software support for students, faculty and staff. Support technicians are available to provide assistance on-site at the Memorial Union, Room 314. Some of the services provided by this area include:

• Recommendations for new computer purchases
• New computer setup and software installation
• Diagnosis and repair of issues with hardware and peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.)
• Live@edu email setup and support
• BPOS (Outlook) email setup and support
• Apple Authorized Service Provider
• Limited PC warranty repair
• Virus protection and removal
• Support for mobile devices
