CourseLeaf Curriculum Management software (CIM) has been implemented and is available for use.
The University of North Dakota has implemented an online curriculum management system. To make a curriculum change you will need to login to the online system using your NDUS Identifier (used for CampusConnection, Blackboard, HRMS). Click on the appropriate header below to access login and forms. For assistance with your account, please contact the Office of the Registrar at 777-2711.
- Must be completed prior to submitting a Stage I, Stage II, or Stage II Abbreviated proposal
Propose a new program: Stage I and Stage II
- Propose an existing program for online format: Stage II Abbreviated
- Edit/change a program
- Suspend or terminate a program
- 4 year Degree Plan
Note: For all Stage II proposals, including the Abbreviated Stage II, complete the Shadow Budget Worksheets (Expense, Revenue & NDUS worksheets) and the Budget Justification form and attach it to your New Program request in CourseLeaf.
- Propose a new course
- Edit/change a course
- Deactivate: Suspend or Terminate a course
Note:For any new course proposal, complete the New Course Request Budget Worksheet and attach to your New Course request in CourseLeaf.
- Department Name Change
- Degree Title Change
Assistance with completing forms is available from personnel in the Office of the Registrar (7-2711), your college USCC representative or the Chair of the USCC.
A report will be on the web at http://www.und.nodak.edu/dept/registrar/curriculum/curindex.htm each month listing all approved changes. Please call the Office of the Registrar with any questions regarding curriculum requests.
