Committee

The Strategic Planning Committee was responsible for oversight of the Strategic Planning process.

The faculty, staff and students who served on the strategic planning committee are tasked not only with contributing in meaningful ways to the success of the committee as a whole, but were asked to bring their perspective and experience in their various roles on campus to the committee.

As a part of the planning process, they adherde to transparency, open communication, and inclusivity as they engaged all stakeholder groups.

Strategic Planning Committee Staff Support

Communication, Outreach and Analytics Committee

This committee will help support the work of the Planning Committee and the Strategic Pillar Workgroups. The Committee will be tasked with helping ensure broad stakeholder engagement by identifying key constituency groups for outreach and organizing townhalls and activities for feedback. They are responsible for developing, administrating and analyzing surveys and helping maintain clear, open communication with campus and university stakeholders.
