Frequently asked questions regarding UND's Medical Simulator Technician Training Program.
You have until one week prior to the lab date you registered for to complete the online portion of your course.
Upon completion of the online portion of the course you will be required to come to the University of North Dakota campus to attend a 2-day lab.
If you need more time, you may purchase an extension for a cost of $50. This extension will move you from your original lab date to the next available lab (where space allows). Request an extension.
If you do not purchase an extension prior to your original completion date, your course will be canceled.
Travel arrangements and accommodations are the sole responsibility of students. The University of North Dakota will take all reasonable steps to notify you in advance if a scheduled on-campus event will need to be postponed. Unfortunately, however, the University is unable to reimburse student travel expenses, fees, or change penalties in the unlikely event of a postponement. For this reason, you are strongly encouraged to make your travel arrangements refundable whenever possible. The University also reminds you to provide your most current contact information, and keep it up-to-date at all times.
If UND receives your Withdrawal Request Form 1 to 7 calendar days after your registration date, you will be refunded your course registration fee, minus a $35 processing fee.
No refunds are available if UND receives your Withdrawal Request Form 8+ calendar days after your registration date OR if an attempt at submitting a lesson, quiz or taking a test is made.
