Exhibitor Information

The 2017 NDAPA Primary Care Seminar is a clinical update for Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners. Each year, over 250 participants attend from North Dakota and the surrounding region.

Exhibit Space

Your company will receive the valuable services listed below:

One Table Exhibit -$900

  • Regional exposure to over 250 healthcare professionals
  • One eight-foot skirted display table
  • Electricity upon request (please bring your own extension cords)
  • Registration for two representatives to exhibit (includes breaks and meals)
  • Company name listed as an exhibitor on the conference website
  • Company name and contact information included in participants' materials
    (requires registering by April 20th)
  • List of attendees

Bronze Sponsorship Exhibit -$1100

  • One Table Exhibitor amenities PLUS:
  • Company name listed on a poster displayed during the conference

Silver Sponsorship Exhibit -$1300

  • Bronze Exhibitor amenities PLUS:
  • Half page advertisement in the participant program (Information needs to be sent in a PDF or JPEG format to und.conferences@und.edu, dimensions are 7.5" x 5", and need to be received no later than April 14, 2017) 

Gold Sponsorship Exhibit -$1600

  • Bronze sponsorship amenities PLUS:
  • Full page advertisement in the participant program (Information needs to be sent in a PDF or JPEG format to und.conferences@und.edu, dimensions are 7.5" x 10", and need to be received no later than April 14, 2017) 

Platinum Sponsorship Exhibit -$2000

  • Bronze sponsorship amenities PLUS:
  • Two pages of advertisement in the participant program (Information needs to be sent in a PDF or JPEG format to und.conferences@und.edu, dimensions are 7.5" x 10" per page, and need to be received no later than April 14, 2017) 
  • Option to provide each participant with company "swag" (i.e. bag, lanyard, pen, etc) given out during registration. Items need to be received by UND Conference Services at address below no later than May 1, 2017 

Meal Sponsorship 

  • Bronze sponsorship amenities PLUS:
  • Company marketing materials displayed at each place setting during meal
    • Thursday Buffet Lunch - $5000
    • Thursday PM Break - $2500
    • Friday Continental Breakfast - $2500
    • Friday Hot Breakfast Buffet - $4000
    • Friday AM Break - $2500 

Additional  eight-foot Table - $450 

*Additional Representatives (two are included with your registration) - $65 per person*

Registration Deadline

Deadline is Monday, April 20th.  Space is limited so register now to reserve your spot!

 

Confirmations

A confirmation email/receipt will be sent to the email address you provide.

Cancellations/Substitutions

All exhibitor fees are non-refundable. Substitutions can be accommodated by contacting UND Conference Services at und.conferences@und.edu. Please make your changes by April 30th.

Hotel Reservations & Shipping

Please call the Holiday Inn directly to make your lodging reservations and/or make shipping arrangements. Rooms released April 3rd.
