Commencement Ceremony Form

Distance students who are not able to attend UND’s graduation ceremony have the opportunity for their name to be read at Commencement along with the names of the other students in attendance.

The deadline to complete this form to have your name read at the Winter 2022 Commencement Ceremony has passed.
