New Student Orientation Schedule

June 10 - July 18, 2019

The date of your 1-day New Student Orientation session (2 days for Aviation students) is based on your academic major. Attending Orientation with your academic college will allow you to:

  • Learn more about your degree program.
  • Meet with faculty and an advisor from your major.
  • Connect with new UND students who have similar academic interests.

You must attend an Orientation session based on the major you plan to pursue at UND.

Undecided on a Major

If you haven't decided on a major, don't worry – we encourage General Studies majors to attend one of the Arts & Sciences Orientation sessions. Please note that if you are interested in pursuing a major, but have not officially declared it on your admissions application, you're encouraged to attend an Orientation session that most closely matches your academic interests.
