UND installed physical distancing signage and has customizable templates for download.
In effort to have a coordinated pandemic response as well as reduce overall costs, departments should check with their assigned Jaggaer approvers to determine if those resources/supplies will be provided by the Pandemic Planning & Response Team.
Make Your Own Signs
Departments may still need additional signage resources that are more specific to their individual spaces. For example, departments should provide general reminders for following CDC guidelines in common workspaces (e.g., breakrooms, conference rooms) as well as for shared equipment and offices supplies (e.g., printers).
These customizable templates can be used as reminders to:
- Stay 6 feet apart at the conference room
- Use hand sanitizer before/after entering the shared kitchen
- Disinfect the office printer before/after use
Healthy Hawks signage may be printed at Duplicating Services or on office printers.
In coordination with the Pandemic Planning & Response Team, a working group developed a Healthy Hawks campaign to help educate campus about COVID-19 safety protocols. The subcommittee includes representatives from Emergency Management, Safety, Student Health Services, Facilities, Housing & Dining and Marketing & Communications.
