A graduate of the University of Alabama, Dr. Park has an extensive academic background in sports pedagogy, and adapted physical education, as well as clinical experience working with individuals with a disability in both school and sport settings. Dr. Park is a prior recipient of a National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) research grant, focusing on adapted sports and collegiate athletes with disabilities. His current research addresses the role of adapted sports in modifying individual and collective perceptions of disability, physical education, and adapted physical education.
