Communication and coordination among and between central administrative software systems is facilitated through Production Teams.
The Finance Production Team, disbanded in Spring 2012, consisted of representatives from the following administrative units: Accounting Services, Asset Management, Assoc. VP Finance and Operations, Budget Office, Controller, Finance and Operations, Grants and Contracts, Human Resources, Payroll, Purchasing, and Student Account Services.
The Campus Solutions Production Team consists of representatives from the following administrative units: Admissions, Assoc. VP Enrollment Management, Assoc. VP Finance and Operations, Chief Information Officer, Controller, Enrollment Management, Financial Aid, Graduate School, Medical School Financial Aid, Provost's Office, Registrar's Office, and Student Account Services.
