Creativity Student Fellowship
Develop creative solutions to complex challenges.
What does the program entail?
The Creativity Fellows program challenges students to build relationships and become creative divergent thinkers to solve authentic business challenges. This high-impact internship opportunity equips students with indispensable employability skills inlcuding the ability to demonstrate:

What do Creativity Fellows do?
Students learn how to work with entrepreneurs, start-ups, non-profits, and businesses to find new solutions through the Creative Problem Solving process. This process is not just another brainstorming session; it utilizes scientifically proven methodologies and techniques to put creativity into action. Creativity Fellows will learn how to co-facilitate workshops, trainings, and design challenges for a diverse client base.
Eligibility
The ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong interest in creative thinking, coupled with a passion for education and a genuine desire to challenge themselves to make a positive impact in the community. Prior experience with creative problem solving (or facilitation) is not required. We will provide you with all of the tools you need.
For Credit Option
The Creativity Student Fellowship is being offered as a for-credit internship to graduate students. It involves 1 credit per semester and can be taken for up to 3 semesters.
Not For Credit Option
This option is available for current UND students, staff, and alumni.
How to Apply
Cohort A
Cohort A begins in the Fall 2022 semester. The deadline to apply is Friday, August 31, 2022.
Cohrt B
Cohort B begins in Spring 2023. The deadline to apply is Friday, January 19, 2022.
Summer
This program is also available during the summer.
Application Steps
- Fill out an online application.
- Attach a resume and /or LinkedIn profile.
- Interview. Our interview lasts about 30 minutes and is an opportunity for us to get to know you better.
- Selection. Students will be notified if they are accepted into the program.
