Make It Yours
The UND Wellness Center is committed to a holistic approach to wellness, which encourages you to incorporate the 7 Dimensions of Wellness into your daily life.
According to the CDC, one in five Americans has a disability. People with disabilities often experience disadvantages when it comes to health including being at a higher risk of heart disease, stroke, diabetes, or cancer. The CDC recommends getting at least 150 minutes a week (2 hours and 30 minutes) of moderate-intensity aerobic activity. Exercising regularly can put you at a lower risk for these diseases.
Take advantage of the facilities UND has to offer and get active today!
