Our Wellness Center provides various types of equipment that can be used by everyone
Individuals with disabilities are encouraged to attend all Wellness Center sponsored events. Stop by and talk to our front desk for additional information about how we can make our group fitness classes, personal training, and other services available for you!
If you are a person with a disability who requires an accommodation in order to participate in a program, please contact the Wellness Center in advance. Service animals are welcome.

Why Exercise?
According to the CDC, one in five Americans has a disability. People with disabilities often experience disadvantages when it comes to health including being at a higher risk of heart disease, stroke, diabetes, or cancer. The CDC recommends getting at least 150 minutes a week (2 hours and 30 minutes) of moderate-intensity aerobic activity. Exercising regularly can put you at a lower risk for these diseases.
