Suicide & Gossip
A look at the dangers of suicide and how rumors, gossip, and other environmental factors can play a role in suicide.
Stress Management
A glimpse at how to manage stress through personal choices by first beginning to understand your personal stress triggers and responses.
Stress, Substance Abuse, and the Brain
An inside look at the brain and how the use of chemical substances, combined with stress, can create a very dangerous situation!
Happy Half Hour
30+ minutes of learning funny stories about each other, and learning to break down barriers and start new first impressions through the collection of music, food, and other areas we all share (Must request 1 month in advance).
Story Sharing
An element of mental health is learning how to share your story because we all have one. In this presentation, we will hear a wide range of stories that cover a wide range of experiences. At the end, students will have time to share their story through journaling, videotaping or group discussion.
Mental Health Day
Take a "Mental Health Day" with us! This presentation includes a time of relaxation, some learning about what stresses us, and then a time of deeper relaxation.
