Can’t make it to a “Drop in Nutrition” session? Submit your nutrition-related questions to Karina Wittmann. A response will be sent to you within 2 business days.
Cooking Classes
Cooking demonstrations are available most days of the week at the Culinary Corner demonstration kitchen at the UND Wellness Center. These classes are led by dietetic students and are available to students, faculty, staff and community members. Occasionally a class fee is associated with each of the classes; and free classes are only open to members of the Wellness Center.
Team-Building Activities
Culinary team-building is currently one of the hottest trends in the area of enhancing a group’s performance. Much like the ingredients in a recipe, each member performs a unique role within the organization, yet is dependent on other members to achieve both short-term goals and long-term objectives. The Culinary Corner is the only demonstration kitchen in the Greater Grand Forks that offers these wonderful culinary team-building activities.
