FitBit Exercise Band 6 week rotation/Study
Have you wanted to buy a wellness wristband but prefer trying it first. Join in a study at UND where you get to borrow the band for 6 weeks. Start here with just sharing your contact information and we will get you information about the study.
Team UND - American Diabetes Association Step Out to Stop Diabetes
This is a great way to get some exercise (walking) and then enjoy activities together as a team and with your families.
The Step-Out Walk is on Saturday, October 24 at 9:30am at the Alerus Center in Grand Forks. Donate to or Join Team UND at: http://main.diabetes.org/goto/undteam.
Also, contribute at work on the Special Denim Day on October 1. All proceeds to the the Walk.
Tuesdays & Thursday: Oct. 6 - Nov. 5
Join Dean El-Rewini, Dean Hill & Dean Rand (respectively), at their Zen in 10 sessions. Take a quick 10-minute work break to relax and refocus. The sessions will be led by certified yoga instructor Kay Williams. It is free and open to campus.
