Another perk for UND employees is the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). The EAP is a confidential assessment, counseling and referral service staffed with clinical professional who are experienced in providing quality counseling services to employees and their families.

The Employee Assistance Program provides up to 8 LOCAL counseling sessions without cost to you or your family and if you should be referred to another community agency, the service may be covered by your health insurance or other resources.

• Emotional or Behavioral Concerns
• Financial Problems
• Alcohol and Drug Dependence
