It is recommended to first prepare your report in MSWord then copy and paste (ctrl/v) into the template editor boxes.

Upon completion of each page entry, Click "Next". This will save any information you have entered into the template and move you to the subsequent section of the report.

If multiple users request access for a department only one person at a time can be working in the template.
