Exhibitor Registration Information

Please Consider Showcasing Your Company!

Attending this event will enable you to network with infection preventionists from the state and region.  Your booth space contains one 8 foot table, one chair, electricity (if needed) and internet access.

Exhibitor Levels:

$50 - $200 
Monetary donation towards a Meet and Greet social event on October 5
Exhibit Fee (includes 1 table)
Break Sponsorship (includes 1 table and advertising of sponsorship)
Lunch Sponsorship (includes 1 table and recognition at the luncheon)
Open Amount
Speaker Sponsorship (includes 1 table and advertising of sponsorship)
Please designate amount towards speaker or if you choose to cover all speaker costs
Each exhibitor level entitles representative to attend any conference activity.  Representatives will be introduced to conference attendees on the first day, prior to the first break.  You will receive a conference brochure with agenda prior to the conference date.

9:45 am - 10:15 am Break & Exhibitor Showcase
12:15 pm - 1:30 pm Lunch & Exhibitor Showcase
3:30 pm - 4:00 pm Break & Exhibitor Showcase
Exhibitors are encouraged to remain at their booth for the duration of the day, if possible, in case participants step out of a session and want more time to visit with you.

Please contact the Hilton Garden Inn directly if you have any questions regarding shipping materials to the facility or display questions.


Deadline to register your company is September 1, 2017.  Space is limited so register now to reserve your spot!

Cancellations & Substitutions

All exhibitor fees are non-refundable. Substitutions can be accommodated. Please make your changes by September 28, 2017.
