New Student Admissions
All students must be admitted to UND before they are able to register for classes. There are several types of admission, for both graduate and undergraduate students.
Undergraduate
Undergraduate admissions has information for new students or returning students. If you are not already enrolled for spring, you will need to complete a re-admit form. New students may apply online.
Summer Only
Summer only students are encouraged to consider non-degree undergraduate status, which allows you to attend without having to send transcripts or test scores. Note, however, that non-degree status does not qualify you for financial aid. A minimum of six credits is required for summer financial aid.
Graduate Students
Students who already hold a bachelor's degree are encouraged to consider options under the Graduate School. Students may be degree-seeking or non-degree. Application forms may be downloaded from the Graduate School's website.
K-12 Educators
K-12 educators are also encouraged to check the Extended Learning for appropriate seminars and workshops. There is no separate admission process to take these courses.
