The editors at AC Online (Affordable Colleges Online) analyzed several thousand American colleges and ranked the top 54 colleges with the most affordable online programs with graduates that are successful finding high paying careers post-graduation. UND ranked #35 on the list.
The schools were ranked based on:
Net tuition prices (provided by IPEDS/NCES)
Colleges whose graduates earned more than $31,000 average starting salary or more (Provided by Payscale)
Colleges that are fully accredited, 4-year not-for-profit institutions (Provided by the Carnegie Foundation)
Colleges with at least one online or distance learning degree program during the 2012-2013 school year
Online degree programs are quickly gaining popularity across America's top universities, and many administrations are heavily investing more resources in expanding their online offerings, according to the AC Online editors.
