Attending this event will enable you to network with infection preventionists from the state and region. Each exhibitor level entitles representative to attend any conference activity. Representatives will be introduced to conference attendees on the first day, prior to the first break.
With the 2022 conference being hybrid (conference attendees being in-person and remote), we are proposing a vendor spotlight before Lunch break. With this vendor spotlight, we are proposing that in-person attendees remain at their seats, and will encourage remote attendees to stay connected, and we will allow any vendors to speak to the larger group of attendees (both in-person and remote) about their company/products. The vendor spotlight will not exceed 30 minutes, and time will be divided between vendors. The venue has space for a maximum of 16 vendors.

Exhibitors are encouraged to remain at their booth for the duration of the day, in case participants step out of a session and want more time to visit with you.

Cancellations & Substitutions
All exhibitor fees are non-refundable. Substitutions can be accommodated. Please make your changes by September 29.
