Zoom Webinar Information
Before the Conference:
2. Download Zoom software onto your computer, tablet, or mobile device.
After registering for the conference, you will receive email confirmation of your registration. This email will also list the Zoom link to access the webinar session. A reminder email will be sent to you on October 5.
If you have registered and have not received this email by October 6, please contact our office.
Day of the Conference:
The webinar will begin at 12:00pm Central Time on October 7. If you access the link prior to 12:00pm, you will be placed in a virtual waiting room. You will be given access once the meeting host opens the webinar.
It is highly encouraged that you enter in your first and last name upon accessing the webinar. This way, presenters will know your name if you ask a question regarding the Q&A feature during a session. This feature allows attendees to directly ask the presenter a question, without the question appearing to the attendee audience. Presenters will address your question during their session and provide all attendees with a summary of the question and their answer. To utilize this feature, click the Q&A icon on the bottom of your webinar screen.
The webinar will be recorded and can be viewed at a later date for informational purposes (Nursing Contact Hours will not be offered for recorded presentation).
Nursing Contact Hours
This event has been APPROVED for 6.5 Nursing Contact Hours through the North Dakota Board of Nursing. Your Continuing Education certificate will be emailed to you after conference completion. Please allow 10 business days for processing.
