Biography
Agustinus Zandy is a Senior Operations Specialist at the EERC, where he works with project teams and EERC clients to perform drilling and completion design; conduct field activities related to drilling, logging, coring, and completion; analyze artificial lift designs (gas lift and electric submersible pump); and evaluate well production/injection performance. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology, Indonesia; an M.S. degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of North Dakota (UND). He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. degree in Petroleum Engineering from UND. Prior to working at the EERC, Mr. Zandy served as a Senior Petroleum Engineer at Tiarabumi Petroleum and Medco E&P, Jakarta, Indonesia.
Mr. Zandy’s principal areas of interest and expertise include drilling and completion design (Class I, Class II, and Class VI wells); production optimization and simulation; artificial lift design (gas lift and electric submersible pump); and drilling, logging, coring, well-testing, and production operations.
