Agustinus Zandy is a Research Specialist in Oilfield Operations at the EERC, where his work focuses on leading efforts related to the design and execution of oil and gas field activities such as well drilling, logging, coring, and well completion and analyzing hydraulic fracturing practices to look for optimization methods. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology, Indonesia, and an M.S. degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of North Dakota. Prior to working at the EERC, Mr. Zandy served as a Senior Petroleum Engineer at Tiarabumi Petroleum and Medco E&P, Jakarta, Indonesia. Mr. Zandy’s principal areas of interest and expertise include well completion design, production simulation, artificial lift design (gas lift and electric submersible pump), and well-testing operation.
