Lucia Romuld

Biography

Lucia Romuld is a Principal Industrial and Management Engineer - Proposals, Resources, and Logistics at the EERC, where she oversees technical and financial proposal development. In addition, she manages the EERC?U.S. Department of Energy Joint Program on Research and Development for Fossil Energy-Related Sources and assists in the management of several additional major programs. Ms. Romuld develops and implements project budgets and schedules and provides supply chain logistics. She received a B.S. degree in Industrial and Management Engineering from Montana State University. Ms. Romuld’s principal areas of interest and expertise include research project management and coordination of research activities, proposal preparation and coordination, development of information management systems, programmatic resource availability and logistical development, new business development, and nurturing existing client relations.
